CAHRE Visiting Research Fellowship 2025/26
Applications Open for the 2025/26 Fellowship Round
CAHRE is a network of researchers at the School of Population Health with a strong focus on improving the health and wellbeing of Asian and ethnic minority communities in Aotearoa New Zealand—now representing around 17% of the population. The Centre welcomes collaborations and partnerships with local and international researchers, practitioners, and community organisations to further its goals.
Fellowship Overview
The Visiting Research Fellowship is a short-term, non-funded residential opportunity open to international and domestic researchers, including established academics, public sector, and community researchers. Priority will be given to inter-institutional exchanges.
Fellowships run for four weeks to three months, during which Fellows engage with CAHRE’s research community, participate in seminars, and may deliver guest lectures.
A small grant is available to support incidental research or engagement expenses. The successful Fellow will present their work at a CAHRE seminar at the end of their stay.
